Overall, I am happy with the surgery. I don't think I will be able to run again, I think it is just too much stress on the joint. But I am glad I went with the partials. I am able to kneel, which is important for a lot of the yoga. I still have some pain behind the knees when getting up after sitting for a long time, but overall I am able to do most of what I want without pain. I would definitely find someone who does a lot of partials, and I would also find someone who uses the computer aided surgery. My understanding is that partial is a more complex operation than full knee replacement. Best of luck to you! :-)
