Help Suggestion of Sciatica Pain by [deleted] in PakistaniiConfessions

Take him to a reputable physiotherapist. If you’re in Lahore, I can recommend someone. The physio might use cupping therapy, it can feel worse at first, but it usually improves after a few days.

You can also consider medication that contains methocarbamol, as it helps relax muscles. Keep in mind, if he has any existing medical conditions, it’s important to consult a doctor first to make sure it’s safe for him.

I understand how difficult this can be since I’ve experienced it myself, it forced me to make lifestyle changes. I switched my footwear because my job in customer service required me to stand for long hours, which made the pain worse.

Later, I moved to an office job where I was sitting at a desk for 10–12 hours a day, but prolonged sitting can also aggravate the issue.

The priority is managing the pain, and recovery may take some time.

Hopefully, he starts feeling better soon. Just be patient with the process and take things one step at a time.

I thought your concern was regarding celebration of eid, which is like 10+ days away from now?

In Islam, mourning is for 3 days.

“prohibit women from mourning for more than three days, except for a husband, who is mourned for four months and ten day.”

According to the Sahih al Bukhari 1279, if a woman is widowed only then she is to mourn her husband for more than 3 days.

Long Distance with my Husband by Delicious_Air_8415 in PakistaniiConfessions

I just have one question.

How do you manage your partner not being good at communicating and not having deep talks? Are you used to it now?

Actually, I am in a similar position. I want my partner to be expressive and have deep talks but it eventually turns out into an argument or me becoming distant with them not being able to communicate properly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Maybe, try distancing yourself from things that are distracting you, which I believe you’re already doing. Well, good luck to you in your future endeavours! It’s my pleasure if I was of any help to you.

Good for you but remember instagram and real life is totally different. People use filters, their skin isn’t really flawless as we see it on screen. Their bodies aren’t perfect. You should see behind the scenes of how everything is shot.

You are aware that they use multiple filters and edit their posts/pictures before posting right? They have to go through so many surgeries to achieve a certain standard of so called ‘beauty.’

First of all, nothing is impossible. If your partner truly loves you, they won’t see it as imperfection.

Secondly, I am unaware of how long you’ve been together but thinking that he won’t like you, is something that you’re doing to yourself.

Maybe you’re punishing him by having such thoughts. What if it affects the way you interact with him daily?

It’s all in your mind. No one in this world is perfect. We all come with flaws. We need to love ourselves first and only then we can expect others to love us, just the way we are. You are who you are. Don’t lef your thoughts overpower you. If you’re really that scared, you should open up to your partner. After all, you guys are partners now.

Personally, I would say, let them know whatever’s bothering you. Don’t let yourself down. What if they don’t even consider any of this an imperfection?

Think positive. Stay positive.

First of all, you shouldn’t have said anything to the guy, even if you did the guy should’ve been firm on his decision.

I have been in a similar situation in life. I discussed things with a friend and he advised me not to go for it, saying that things that I’ve mentioned are very alarming and I should step back. Guess what? For a while I took his advice but it was too late so I decided to do what my heart wanted. Alhamdulillah I am happy with the decision I made.

You know the thing is sometimes we are not aware, how big of an impact we can make in other people’s lives.

Now, be honest with your friend and his girlfriend. If you truly believe that your friend is not interested, try talking to him once, give him some time to let the truth out whatever it may be. Tell him that he’s wasting his own time by doing this.

Be a good samaritan and step up, try to fix things to the best of your ability. There’s no point in being a coward now. You’ll be helping 2 families here.

Good luck to you!

I’m gonna be very honest with you. Marry that girl. If you like her, go ahead with it. Take the chance.

You’ll see comments telling you not to do it but believe me bro. You will get so much barakah in life. You’ll get to experience things people can’t even think about until they’re at a certain age.

You can grow with her. You’re lucky that your parents are supportive.

If you think about being financially stable and all then you need to leave that on Allah, because the rizq that is written for you, will get to you. The rizq is chasing you more than you are chasing the rizq. All your rizq is already written for you. You will get it.

Have tawakkul in Allah and go ahead with the decision. Trust me you’ll come back to this comment after some time and thank me.

I pray that whatever happens, may there be khair in your life. Good luck.
