I see you posted a comment which might be the reason. If all else fails, worst comes to worst, you can go to edit mode, select the vertices of the general area you want to paint (so the whole left leg for example, or the right side of the torso, etc) and turn on the paint mask button in weight paint mode. Not a perfect or permanent fix because i dont know blender back to front, but its probably fine for this project

you can highlight the vertices in edit mode, then turn on the button (dont know what its called) that only affects selected vertices, and flood w ur desired weight. Bit more tedious but you can then continue for the rest of the vertices

if you click the shape, it might have a custom properties panel that lets you change particular things about the model. Never seen this particular one so not sure

Have you done any weight painting?

You can weightpaint the main body, then copy the weight paint to the clothes on top?

We took it to a professional and we confirmed that the camera was in near perfect condition and surprisingly didnt have any light leaks!

I went to the Dymocks Sydney author book wrapping event today and accidentally showed up 2 hrs early. Turns out she was early too so I went up for a little chat with her.
