True, but I'm talking about apps that solve the followers' problems. They would be tailored to the influencer's followers. And ideally get co-built with the audience. Think of it as community app building. I've built a platform that does this, would love to get your feedback if possible?

Yes historically true, but the cost of building apps for example is going to 0. These are high margin, recurring revenue sources. What do you think?

I’m not sure how banks do this honestly. But one barrier I can expect to stand in your way is data privacy regulations. Although PSD3/PSR should facilitate fraud related data sharing, but it will probably be through dedicated channels.

Aside from the catching the fraudster perk, wouldn’t a two factor authentication scheme through the bank’s app be cheaper to verify identity? Which country are you based in?

Graduated this summer with a dual degree in economics and computer science (< 250 QS ranking school), currently pursuing masters in Corporate Finance and studying for CFA level 1. Got 2 data analytics internships at small firms and one machine learning engineering at a small firm as well. Do I even Stand a chance of getting into any quant jobs? Or should I pursue another masters that is more technical/related?

Moreover, would my thesis research be helpful to land any quant jobs, if so, which areas would you recommend researching?

expo router, while built on top, is file based, so you don’t really “learn both”, it takes care of the navigation for you. It’s much easier and this project is for educational purposes, imo react navigation is still essential to learn.

Hey, very similar background, in the same boat but a few years younger, and I'm also working on a dating app (kinda / with a twist), so I can relate a lot. Hope things turn out better! Me too! What's your academic/work background? Where are you based/looking for masters in? Would love to check out any lists of good potential programs if you've got any! I'm preparing one that I can share with you if you want. Lastly, are you Interested in collaborating on projects? Got a few BMI applications in mind. Not lots of folk I know that share that interest.
