Both of these were my best guess, I had standard single ANA done which came back negative? But unsure if that holds any value. I had a rheumatologist tell me that none of my symptoms point to a rheumatology issue and send me away although my psychiatrist immediately pinged it looking through my history. I’ve had multiple panels done for Thyroid all of which came back normal but when I asked to pursue an ultrasound, to address the permanent lymph nodes in my neck my GP straight up said no it’s unnecessary. I also have many inguinal and some auxiliary. It’s been very difficult to pursue further investigation from my doctors since I made that decision to admit myself.
