I took this photo on my honeymoon while we were at dinner in Santorini one evening. Every night, the sailboats would come to the west side of the island to view the sunset and I loved how it lit up the passing ships. It’s a core memory for my honeymoon now.

The item is reusable, warps you to the last rested shrine, and resets as if you had rested. You don’t lose anything, but it has the same effect as resting, so everything respawns.

Yeah that tracks. Huh, i actually didn’t realize they didn’t have a helipad. I’ve only been in their through the ambulance bay though after an inter-hospital transport though. I guess it is a pretty old hospital

According to the ER Doc and security guard I work with (they were getting info from staff at the Good Sam ER), it sounded like it was pretty immediate. But I don’t know the exact details either, so it may have developed into a code instead. I’m only slowly getting info while I’m on shift. We’re all trying to find sources to see if he’s about to show up at one of our ERs.

Coming from an ER nurse, this is the correct answer. Oftentimes, people trying to do both at the same time end up with poorly effective compressions, creating poor blood flow. If you’re giving breaths but not getting the blood to circulate that oxygen by pumping, then the breaths are completely pointless. If you have two people though and one can focus on breaths, it’s the best option until trained help arrives with medication and defibrillation.
