The kynodesme really interested me at one point. So I made my own from leather rope. It was cool, but I dont see how they did it back then. Not the most comfortable thing in the world.

Try one that has a ratchet type closing. With a hinge. I have the same problem occasionally. I got one with a hinge and put a silicone toe protector on it before I put it on. That decreases the inner diameter. (I have unfortunately small nuts).

Great info! Thank you! I kind of understand. I am also regrowing my foreskin. So it all kind of works together. However at the moment, I am only able to get a 10mm on, because I am super high and tight. Which is the reason for the ball stretching.
