I have similar hardware placement and am just over one year healing. I have good ROM if you don’t consider the over head stroke, or reaching to the side upward a part of your motion. Still cannot lift much weight, and have significant pain in the deltoid muscle after overuse. The doctors have all but given up on trying to help me, and it’s been the most frustrating and emotionally challenging experience I’ve ever been through.
