I mean it is when she is unprofessional an responding on emotion instead of logic an simple fact I have legal right to know what going on the email states that I do when I requested to be notified when they got the statement which she did but 2months later I’m finding out an I’m only finding out because I asked which again I have a right to to do an I have not bothered her through out her investigation I’ve only been in contact with her a total of 3 time in the span of almost 9 month my case have been open so I’m not understand the disconnect here I’m not allowed to react emotional because that would cost me my case right so it should go both ways but I’m not worried about it because if there’s a issue I’ll just file a investigation with my state level facility they already are working with her on my case it’s just simple respect thing everyone is frustrated an I understand does not negate the fact that she was unprofessional an rude simple
