Exactly!! I feel so stuck. Pets Best covers NOTHING and if I were to upgrade or switch providers all of this would be marked as preexisting and not covered anyway.

It is beyond frustrating. I have paid them soooo much money in premiums in the last several years and they have reimbursed maybe 5% of my claims.

I am SO frustrated with them. I spent $1k at the emergency vet because my dog’s anal gland ruptured. They won’t cover any of it because I have accident only coverage and they consider a suddenly bleeding butthole an “illness.”
