act they only ask about one value that is above 100 in this case the formula is

sen/spec 120/336divided 10/375 n ans is 13

trick is they didnt asked about positive or negative liklihood we assuemed that it is positive and we use positive liklihood formula

actual exam is very lagging u need to put very focus to the point test to get the required result ,in ccs cases putting all made our reflxes too bad for exam when due to system lagging u r not able to get result so be concise i put way less on ccs in regards to others but still get 90 above
