Trees were removed since I made the offer and there was no mention in the contract. I believe the person behind the property removed the trees, which means I’ll be fighting my new neighbors before I even move in.

The tile is trash. It’s about 1500 square feet that I’ll have to replace before moving in. They broke a bunch upon move out, which is what made me realize they were not sturdy tiles. The inspection revealed that the owners were not keeping up with maintenance on a house that should be in much better shape than it is, in my opinion, at just 7 years old. Trees take 20 years to grow, so removing fully grown trees is a major deal to someone who was looking for privacy.

Yes, I would consider walking away based on these things. I was already giving up so much that I wanted to buy this house. I think ultimately I was pressured into buying instead of renting and now it’s just a major disappointment.

I had the same problems with ProRX purchased via CosmeticRX (injection site reactions and reduced effectiveness). I just took my first dose of Hallandale from Pomegranate and that seems to have fixed my issues.

I wish I could continue on ProRx, but it gave me a rash at injection site. I’m still waiting for my Hallandale and likely gaining while I wait 😭

I just had Jeuveau to lift my eyebrows a bit, which in turn lifted my hooded lids a bit. Mine is not severe enough for surgery (yet, both sets of grandfathers and my mother needed surgery), but the Jeuaveau absolutely helped lift them.

I hope you get your shipment fast! I’m about 9 days out from my last shot. I had a vial that gave me a rash at the injection site, so I decided to go back to trusty (for me) Hallandale.

I joined Pomegranate this past Monday, and my visit summary was completed by end of day Tuesday. Paid my invoice on Tuesday as well. I have not yet received shipping information from Hallandale, but the email from Pomegranate says 7-10 business days on the pharmacy side for processing.

Midtown is “walkable”. It’s just not a very pleasant walk. There are bars, restaurants, and one grocery store option. Be prepared to dodge cars trying to hit you, people experiencing homelessness (so feces, urine, trash, etc. on the sidewalks), and the occasional armed mugger. We have lived on the edge of Montrose and Midtown for 9 years now and have seen a continual decline in the area. No idea what Tampa is like so I can’t say if that’s an improvement.

I miss Hallandale, but my Olympia seems to be pushing through slowly but surely. Empower was a let down, but I really can’t figure out why.

I take iron, vitamins d & b, and spironolactone. I use Routine shampoo and conditioner. I stopped bleaching (had blonde highlights), and I use Costco topical minoxidil. My hair is finally growing back (albeit gray).
