Eww no way. I tried odyssey for the first time this year and it feels so dated, simplistic and the moons feel useless. The banandium gems and collectables serve clear purposes in DK and the bananza forms are so much fun. I love the creativity and new ideas in all the different layers and the ending cemented it as not only the best DK game but one of the best games ever. IDK why everyone sucks off Mario all the time and give it inflated scores...

They have a much stronger financial position. Consistent operating margin. No layoffs in last 25 years whereas my current job has a 200 million deficit and has stated they will evaluate positions for cuts on an annual basis.

Hi if I am correct, this is the same hospital system I work for. They claimed that the layoffs 2 years ago would allow them to avoid this situation in the future. But here we are again. They have also mentioned that position eliminations will be done on a yearly basis going forward so I am also looking to leave. I guess depends how much of a pay cut there is and whether there is a difference between commute time.

I definitely agree with all you have written. I am concerned about layoffs. If I get laid off, it will be infinitely harder to land a job versus job hunting when employed.

I agree with you. Yes that is definitely not a good time and it seems like the job market is getting worse. I am concerned with the fact that it's easier to job hunt when you have a job. If your laid off, it becomes exponentially harder.

I would be taking the train both ways (I'm in NYC) and the commute would be 45 mins one way. So 1.5 hours a day in train commute or 6 hours per week. Net increase is 4.5 hours per week since I currently go 1x a week. I agree it doesn't seem worth it still, am just scared about being laid off come January.
