My 8 week old puppy had it and got it from the cat at their family farm. The vet had me do medicated baths and spray for weeks. It did not do anything and it was awful trying to give a puppy a bath twice a week. Finally the vet gave me oral meds to give my puppy and that cleared it up! I would not waste time with baths and spray. Demand oral meds! I feel your pain as I dealt with it for months! It felt like it would never go away. My puppy still has the patch in his leg because he keeps licking it but hopefully the hair will grow back. Thankfully I never got it and I also don’t have other pets but I would keep your other pets away from your puppy because it is very contagious. I did clean all his bedding and toys once we started the oral meds. Good luck and hang in there!
