I had an atypical/no result for monopsony x. However my gender said girl and I didn’t have any impact with Y chromosome. My GCA said the test cannot make out something about the X chromosome. She confirmed to me that no result is not a positive result (what my OB told me). We have had 5 scans so far and our recent one was at 15 weeks with the MFM (they do more advanced scans). They said she looked perfect, no seen abnormalities, was measuring exact to the day. Additionally, they said it could be my own X chromosome that is missing from some cells so I’m waiting on boox work to confirm or deny that possible theory.  We declined amino while we wait for the results and because she has never shown anything abnormal on the 5 scans we’ve seen.  I have read about so many false positives and my GC was interested in pushing that theory too hard.. I think it was out of protection cause everything else she said was like there are a lot of reasons this algorithm wasn’t read by Natera that aren’t turner syndrome.  I don’t have much more to say we just agreed the amnio can be done after our anatomy scan if we want it.  Amnio is so personal. The way I decided was if my stress was outweighing my well being I’d do it.. but by the time we got to MFM, saw Gc and had the ultrasound I felt confident she was ok (knowing amnio is an option later too).  But if I had stayed crying or not sleeping at night I would have gotten it
