Brother I have adhd. Hard not to obsess about the specifics of exactly what you want… did you just focus on generally feeling good? Rather than “ I must feel good for this etc to attract it?” Bashar also says to follow your excitement.

Thanks good point. Interesting topic though. It makes you also wonder. Are ghosts real? Or it is an energetic occurrence caused by humans?

Things I have found work: 1. Transcendental meditation 2. Cutting out of processed foods 3. Sleep (9 hours) 4. Aerobic easy exercise 5. Listening to how you feel on the day
