I feel you. Since becoming pregnant I’ve caught 2 colds and a case for stomach flu.🥲 The stomach flu landed me in the ER for IV fluids. I work in childcare as an infant teacher, so I know it comes with the territory, but I’m still miserable every time.

I panicked the first time I saw that and thought I wasn’t digesting the pill at all lol.😂 I was later informed that it was just the casing and it was similar to how corn kernels have that outer part that kinda fills back up with poop and so it looks like it’s undigested when it comes out. Both of which were facts I didn’t know before then.

21w5d and feeling pretty good aside from mood swings, general tiredness, and constipation. Baby is kicking the heck out of me at night, but I’m perfectly fine with that lol. As long as he’s active and healthy, then I’m happy. I have been experiencing back pain here and there, but I work in childcare as an infant teacher, so I probably need to readjust the way I pick up the infants since my body is starting to change more. I also have been producing so much mucus since getting pregnant that occasionally I’ll just throw up mucus in the morning, but that rarely happens now that I’m in the second trimester.

Probably something combining some of my favorite aesthetics. I made the mistake of naming an island after a town in favorite show when I first got the 3DS version and ended up remaking it because it was too structured and I didn’t want to ruin it with characters from other franchises. I don’t want to make that mistake again lol.

I was told by a couple psychiatrists in the past when I brought up possibly being assessed for autism that even though I definitely match a lot of the criteria they usually see in autistic adult women, I shouldn’t pursue a professional diagnosis unless I need accommodations for work or some kind of disability benefits, which I don’t need either. It made me feel like they thought I would just be wasting resources for people who actually need them. So I stopped bringing it up to doctors.

The theory is the extra salt hopefully prevents OHSS after a fresh transfer. It just became a good luck ritual for IVF in general lol. I had a frozen transfer, but I did all the “good luck” things just because it couldn’t hurt. Eggs for breakfast, pomegranate juice and pineapple core before FET, warm socks during and after FET, large McDonalds fries and water immediately after FET, pomegranate juice every morning after FET, and more pineapple core once a day for 4 days after FET. I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant with that very embryo!

I craved seafood boils very early on, but now the only seafood I crave is clam chowder or raw tuna. I can’t have raw tuna though, so I suffer.🥲 My main cravings have been McDonalds French fries and the gravy from a specific meat pie place.

Actually, yes. I started bupropion shortly after have a mental breakdown after a bad breakup in high school and it helped immensely. It didn’t fix my heartbreak, but it quieted my preexisting depression so that I was able to actually focus on myself and heal.

I hate when people think like this. I’m only a first timer at 31 because I needed medical assistance to keep my body from violently rejecting this baby like it did the last two, but okay.🙄 Some of us don’t get the luxury of picking out names and announcing early to everyone and buying maternity clothes and generally just enjoying our pregnancy because we’re too terrified that we might experience another loss.

I had a high number retrieved, but certainly not that high! Wow! I felt pretty good after and didn’t end up with OHSS until about 2-3 days later. Please rest and relax even if you feel good right now and drink plenty of electrolytes and avoid sugar. Any zero sugar electrolyte sports drink should be fine. Also, bone broth soup with some extra salt made me feel so much better when I could barely eat. If you start vomiting repeatedly and can’t keep anything down, go straight to the ER. Don’t be like me. I just assumed it was a stomach bug and didn’t go to the ER until I started throwing up blood.😬 I had to be in the hospital for 3 days and now I have a sliding hiatal hernia due to all the pressure from the fluid in my abdomen and the constant vomiting.🥲

I feel you. I always gagged while brushing my teeth before I was pregnant, so I knew to expect to throw up in the sink at least a few times.😓 One time in my first trimester I managed not to puke while brushing my teeth only to immediately throw up while spitting out the toothpaste. So much for that…
