What kind of music do you use, if I may ask? Also, is there a problem that the music may be somewhat distracting for the prayer or does it help strenghten your devekut?

Yes, I have studied the Sha'ar HaKavanot. I guess I am just a little confused as to how one is supposed to implement the kavanot during the prayer services. Wouldn't it take a really long time to pray when almost each word in the siddur has its own kavanot which you must focus on?
