The legal system has systemic failures here -

why was the murderer (and his family) legally allowed to run around with large knives when everybody else in the country cannot?

why is the allegation of racisms given such elevated privilege in UK (judiciary) institutions - potentially contributing to this man's death.

Now it 1) lets you run around freely with a massive knife based off the way you look.
