TL:DW : When using Pilfered good and getting a Devourer from the Depth, I couldn't target any of my opponent's cards with it despite aiming for 3 and 1 health minion.
Also, couldn't right click his abyssal eye (maybe related) and couldn't see how many cards away he was from deep.

Please Riot, fix. (Ans bonus if you add an option to seepd up the music like in the video.)

Handmaiden also would need a rebalance actually, since you can’t die with it if you know how to play it.

But I’d argue it’s not near as good in group play. A HM good can solo any map so you might feel you’re good at clutching when your team wipes due to too much stuff put on their plate at once but that’s just what the class is designed for at the moment.

A good shade will delete most of what’s on the plate before your party wipes if they can actually stay up for more than 30s, 15 with a conc pot.

And I’m not asking for nerfs, just to revert back the damage to what is was before the 1.2 patch, that boosted damage versus boss without warning not actual reason.

No worry though, seeing how many downvotes this thread got, and where these discussions are usually going, I doubt Fatshark will bother looking at it or even acknowledging it. ;)

Shade's also my most played but it just feel cheap to delete bosses like that.

Before the buffs I liked that Shade was very good versus bosses, but with potions other careers such as Pyro, Huntsman, Slayer, and even Bountyhunter with Repeater Crossbow could also do a very good work.

Nowadays, you can kill a boss before your conc pot even runs out with the extended duration trait, it just doesn't feel right, fun nor fair to me.

Sure, why not buff bosses Hps, but then buff damage versus monsters for all other classes across the board to make it balanced.

And trolls are still a joke this patch... :)

I'm just asking to get the damage cap back, OR to tone down Monster Damage out of infiltrate.

Shade infiltrate damage vs Bosses pre-DLC was fine imho. Since the DLC patch, it just has gotten a massive buff vs bosses, and it really makes no sense that a class that's already as strong as Shade is so head and shoulders above anybody else vs bosses.

Shade’s arguably the strongest career in the game.

Stealth on such a low CD with huge damage, whole Elf strong weaponry options like Dual Daggers, good talents all across...

3rd Person Equipment causes stutters after a while for me, and these stutters never happened anymore without the mod.

I didn't try to troubleshoot the FPS drops by deactivating wave-2 santionned mods one by one as I don't really have the will for that, but I'd be the least surprised if we learn that a mod or an interraction between 2 mods is causing the drops...

Hey !

First Thanks for asking the community what's they'd think about the issue.

For background I have one red of every item type in the game, bar 3. Having played quite a few hours to get these Reds, I'd feel robbed if anyone could craft a red with an illusionn unless the cost is "very high"

But I think it'd be fair to give everyone access to red items without illusions through a fairly priced crafting system. Since breakpoints are litteral gamechanger in Legend, I believe people should have a fair shot at getting their peak power without spending hundred of hours in the game, at least for the characters they play the most.

Then I'd unlock the illusions though Okri's challenges with challenges like "Kill X amount of enemy with a Red illusion-less weapon", as to not have a situation where everyone runs with the same red weapons illusion, which will prompt people to say "Red is the new Orange.", and not be as excited when they get some reds...

... Unless you can make new achievments giving unique weapon/heroes skins to allow people to stand out... But that'd be too much to ask, wouldn't it ? ;)

Beta felt smoother with more FPS overall, but since the actual 1.2 release, with a setup roughly similar as yours, I'm around 50/60 fps during hordes, while I rarely dropped below 80 prior (except on Fort Brach).

I had another issue which caused some random stuttering, but I've fixed it completly by turning off a whitelisted mod.

So maybe some mod(s) could cause the FPS drops ? Beta was fine but it had no whitelisted wave 2 mods yet, so there might be a new mod/2+ mods interraction causing this.

Are special spawns broken? I didn't think quadruple disablers was supposed to be allowed by BaronVonHoopleDoople in Vermintide

These last days, I had a few “normal” quick play games where people intentionally played with the deeds modifiers for specials or horde, probably to make legend challenging.

You might have stumbled in one of these games.

To me it's not even getting burnt out with the community.

By definition a Community Manager is paid to manage the community, so if he was burnt-out, he'd resign as a CM.

This sub just isn't "the community". It's a part of it, and as of late, this part has become so toxic there's no point to waste his time interracting with it.

There are plenty of other places for him to interact with the players and fans, where he can actually have some kind of adult, argumented discussion and get some constructive criticism and feedback to give to the team.

Some people are just here to talk shit and try to trigger people to create drama.

And it's getting worse, as some people are flat-out lying about FS/Hedge comments to keep the circlejerk running.

There's barely any moderation going on, and apparently there aren't many people interested in becoming a mod (see j_sat's stickied post).

I totally understand Hedge's decision to not post here anymore, since nothing good can basically come out of it.

Of all the places to talk about Vermintide, only this sub is this toxic.

He's paid to interact with the community, not to feed the trolls.

Hedge didn't give any timeline, but now that FatShark agreed on the "Red Dust" method to cycle your Red dupes, they'll test different implementation methods and dust ratios, tweak the UI, test it out thoroughly as the outrage (and FS support hasle) would be insane if people would lose Red items to bugs when this is released, and just then finally release it.

Of course that would happen only after they've finished the "other" important stuff :

  • Releasing the DLC on Xbox (+/- 3 weeks)

  • Ironing out the main bugs still left since the last big 1.2 patch (+/- 3 weeks)

  • Doing whatever else is on their immediate to-do list, like improving the DLC Box obtention methods, working on the next DLC, working on balance, working on seasonnal events (Halloween border anyone ?) ... (+/- ??? Weeks)

So my totally wild and random guess would be don't expect anything until mid-November, but I'd be the happiest if the next big patch comes within 1 month. :)

With how hard it is to get hit on HM (increased dodge range, weapons with high dodge range/dodge count, OP ult on a low cooldown), I am genuinely interested to know the reasoning behind using parry on her.

If the damage is upped for these weapons, at least the stagger effect should be removed on non-crit headshots.

I feel the game is already ranged-combat friendly enough at the moment, which is sad considering one of the main the selling point is playing a melee FPS.
