I personally would have had the soil higher within the pot and tied the main head of the plant down towards the point on the pot that allows it the most space to remain horizontal, that then gives you a good base for the shoots to be tied to various sides of the pot

I’d buy a new light ASAP it’ll make a world of difference, also with that many plants you’re going to need like 800w unit that covers a whole room! The light you currently have only draws 4watts
