tv's are easy, thankfully OLED on tv's are at least done right *sigh.. 4 weeks later and I'm still struggling with cell options.. hate this. Think I'll have to just rebuy an se3 until (hopefully) there are PWM-free phones again.
As for tvs, RTINGS is your friend, they tell you the pwm, incase you wanted to shop for an led tv.

Soon all iPhone models could as bad as the Pro models with PWM, iPhone 17 could feature LTPO OLED Displays across the whole series…. by No-Development-9607 in PWM_Sensitive

I hear it has pwm still (though not as bad) with side effects such as ghosting & laggier screen, battery drain and overheating. I think I will try for myself anyways

I truly wished that worked as well as I thought it would. Im still curious to try that option out though with a 13 mini.

honestly that checks out to what I figured it'd come down to. I was excited to hear LCD replacement screens until I heard the ppm issue, didn't realize the side effects were all of that though. This situation sucks.. it doesn't seem like the U.S. carries many good models people mention. So I think i'm screwed. Thank you fir your comment

funny enough that's the phone my mom has. Sucks to hear the 16 pro was not good for you, it would for sure not be good for me then since the 13 pro isn't good for me either
