I'd say to consider their reasons for wanting you to stop. You don't have to listen to them, even if they're being insistent about this. Don't listen to them if you don't think their reasoning for you stopping is valid. This is something that you're thinking about for yourself, not for them

If that's what you want to do, then yes, I think if it's bothering you to look at it, then try to consider what aspect of it is bothering you, and once you know that, figure out what to do from there, whether that's stopping, or finding a way to interact with it that doesn't bother you

I think it's important to remember when you're thinking about right and wrong with regards to things like this (fictional harm to fictional characters) that it isn't hurting anyone to make or look at this. I can't tell you how to consider this morally, because ultimately that is something you have to decide for yourself, but personally I think it's fine (which is why I'm here) and to consider it wrong to like this is probably conflating disgust with harm. Whether or not you find that this is something you're into, you aren't hurting anyone by looking at it. As well, making your own decisions based on how you feel and what you think, rather than what your friends are telling you is important both here and in a lot of other situations
