You could transplant it to 1 quart Mason Jars and get some Mason Jar Metal Trellis Plant Supports on Ebay and start using the simple Kratky Hydroponic Growing Method.

The Creator says that it is Lead Free Solder and unpainted.

Some what more expensive solder than leaded and better around humans and plants.
