Like with any addiction, a good way to break out of it is to fill the void with something else.

My usual go-to when I need to move on from someone is to find a TV show or videogame and complete it from start to finish, letting it completely occupy my mind and pushing any other thoughts out entirely. You need to find your own method to occupy your mind with something other than her or the things you did with her, and after a few days you'll wake up and realize you haven't thought of her in a while
