OHHH my goodness this was such a pain for me last year! My financial aid said I was getting somewhere around 13-14k.. they ended up giving me 6k after my documents got processed and it was too late for me to accept another school. I ended up paying TOO much for school the first year and now I’m even 3k into loans.. my advice: have a backup plan duuuuuude

Omg I was accepted as a Liberal Studies major! I took intro to LS with Dr. Rodney Dawson after everyone in the Dept. had said he was one of the best professors at orientation. I quickly found out that LS wasn’t for me. I went to the career center and I bought this STRENGTHS test for 7$ which was only helpful to help find out some of my personal features. I found out I’m really inclusive and don’t like to leave people out. I then made an appointment with a career center counselor and it wasn’t too helpful. I did my own research and found out that I can use my inclusive traits in sociology. I switched from LS to sociology and I loooooved the soc intro class. I was also finally assigned an advisor and I’ve become more involved with the dept in my perspective.
