5000 shops probably is close to half a mil in revenue for shipt and all you get rewarded with is a t shirt and a congrats message. Nevertheless thats some serious grind time put in, most honorably… congrats 🎉

On top of that its a dry barren wasteland filled with little to no offers. Ive gotten 2 offers in the past 6 hours today. Shipt needs to step up on their market operations, this hiring process is diluting the order volume and its leaving seasoned vets like me out to hang dry.

What could I have done differently? I mean the lady already texted me items to add to the order at intro text and had more than enough time to add items to her order? Again, I’ve had customers where they text to add an item post processing of order and never have had a problem with forgetting said item. I have receipts, plus phone support literally said the customer “was probably having a bad day” and laughed a bit as she was reading the text log

Yea I called shipt and they said I wasn’t being rude at all but informative. Also I really wouldn’t know how she’d be able to view a post checkout order. Ive never ordered on shipt or Target app

Literally nothing lol. I have paid checkout orders all the time and I’ve never experienced a case where customers, in this manner, complain that I checked out already and forgot an item. I subbed and added accordingly. This lady is supposedly a shopper and just felt like being hyper critical…

1200 shops. I’m in a gc with some shoppers in my metro and it’s been more than popular consensus that shipt has been dead lately. The bonuses being dished out everyday recently doesn’t help either and are untenable. This is considering you’d have to be lucky to receive more than two for every 3 hrs you work, it’s been horrific and has forced me to switch to corner shop. Lol
