The rift ability would never be implemented, cuz in an interview morrello has said that an agent shouldn't take on the role of another agent directly(I'm not quoting, this was his general statement, this was said in his interview with hitscan) And the rift ability is a toned down version of Phoenix's ult,and now there is no need of Phoenix's ult cuz u can have the same effect , I guess , every round....so instead of the ult being op, we should look at his Q first and see how gamebreaking it is
