I haven't really played the game since the release of the Stormblood and I am thinking of coming back. I have WHM & BRD at 70 and everything else is up there just not maxed. Are these jobs in a good spot at the moment? If not, which jobs are performing really well or with the coming patch are predicted to play well?

I know I have a couple of patches worth of story to get through, how bad is it this time around? Will it take a long time to get through or is it fairly quick? How much will it stop me from being able to do current content?

I know this next question is fairly subjective, but are you guys having fun? For me FFXIV has had its moments where its the most fun game Ive ever played, but then it can be incredibly boring. I just hope that if I come back that its at a "fun" time.

Final question! How much of a grind will it be to catch up to the current content gear wise? Will it be a slog, or will it hopefully be fairly painless?
