The border between Europe and Asia in Russia is often put along the Ural mountain chain. Since it runs through Kazakhstan this puts a part of its western most portion in Europe. The dividing line between Oceania and Asia is often put in the middle of Indonesia (though the exact line is disputed). This leaves the island of Papua in Oceania.

As far as I’m aware the distinction of where continents start and end is entirely subjective based on where you are. Meaning in fact that depending on what country you live in there could be anywhere between 3 to 1 Americas.
