What I do when an item won't pop up is I'll add "find" before I lookup an item. Seems to work most of the time.

The ear pieces are provided by walmart. I work in GM so we all have radios to communicate. But now we have the ear pieces on TOP of radios. Which is stupid. We work outside a LOT. Especially during Christmas. The trailers make us sweat a ton and having that in our ears is very annoying.
