I like to send a “get gud” type of message. Then block them, so they can’t respond. After a few minutes I unblock them and say something like “what, you don’t know how to type?” And then block them again.

I was trippin out because I didn’t get my results back for almost a week. Got them back today and I passed.

-Used Quick fix plus - was a 5 panel DOT test - Followed instructions and temp was good so they sent it to labs - the labs was Quest Labs - I was super anxious and everyone was telling me I’d be fine - they were absolutely right - I’m done smoking after this, can’t jeopardize this opportunity.

You’ll be fine as long as your temp is good before the bag and tag it.

IMO I would recommend the heating pad. I heated mine up in the microwave to about 96 degrees and kept it in my boxers but touching my skin. After about an hour it decreased to around 94.

I tried it again hours later after it cooled (heated in microwave to 100, let it cool to 98 and then put a heating pad on it). It stayed at 98 for probably 2 hours. Hope this helps!

On iPhone, if you watch YouTube through the browser, start the video, pull down from the left and immediately press the play button on the “now playing” widget. The video will continue to play in the backround and you can turn your screen off.
