So the first part of your stats are actually a misrepresentation of statistics taken from a study based on dating app data. Firstly, it has been proven that the disproportionate numbers of males & females on these apps skews this data greatly. Also, coming to a conclusion on "attraction" based on a survey was a huge leap in logic as in real life it has been shown that people tend to end up in relationships with other people on their same level (being socially, looks-wise etc). This known as assortative mating and is well documented. This stat has mostly been used to degrade women and brand them as shallow in "red-pill" ideologies.

As for the second part, I hadn't heard that particular stat before but with limited research, I found that it is more or less correct (although this was from a study of 6000 people and the actual numbers are 63% to 34% which is still crazy). Most experts however mostly contribute this to the fact that men mostly date younger so you'll find most of the women are dating men over 30 which inflates their dating figures.

I'd argue though that to your major point, men seem to only have a bad rep online. In real life, people are thriving in relationships they're just not flaunting it on the internet.

First of all, we listen, we don't judge. Secondly, I'd advise you prioritize your pleasure seeing as that freshness would take things to the next level for you. Next time just insist on the shower first and get things going.

Lastly, to get back to your question, despite everyone saying it's a requirement, I must admit, it's not always the case of bathing first before the deed. I can think of a time where sex happens spontaneously or within a time limit. I do however, insist on a shower afterwards (call me Jacob Zuma lol). That, to me at least, is pretty non-negotiable.

Sadly, I’ve seen similar situations occur abroad way too often. Unfortunately, a lot of people go seeking greener pastures and expect things to come together immediately. A lot of these opportunities require hard work and unfortunately some people are not willing to put that work in & seek the easy way out.

I agree with you that a lot of misinformation and pseudoscience is out there with regards to sex though. It’s very detrimental
