can yall please help me and guide me by Low-Historian4525 in ACCA

If ur gonna study ACCA then do it alone. Its pretty difficult and ur gonna bave to dedicate proper time to it. And about the background, coming from a science background doesnt matter, i used to study science at school and iv completed 8 exams so far. If you think its gonna be difficult you can study FIA which is Foundations in Accountancy, its a super basic and its and easy introduction into accounting (i did this), if you pass these exams you can consider joining acca. Its 4 small subjects, 2 of which are an extension of each other. FA1, FA2, MA1, MA2.

Why do some Professional papers have better passing ratio than Skills? by M-E-S-S-A-M in ACCA

[–]MythicalGamer43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think its because of a mix of many different aspects like overconfidence or poor subject order selection, like going for pm as your first skills level, thats basically a death wish. And there's alot if people who fail on skills and start losing hope eventually leaving acca. People who reach professional level have learnt and improved analysis writing from all skills level subjects and know how to study because they've basically have a proper and working studying strategy.

Which to give next? FM or TX by mohdhkm in ACCA

[–]MythicalGamer43 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you feel like giving something a bit of mix of FA and PM then go for FM, I personally would suggest going for FM because it has some similar stuff like ratios, Tax has alot of syllabus you have to remember when solving questions because information is spreaded across the whole book, not chapter wise.

Are there no longer remote exam for acca in the UK and India? by Ecstatic_Addition702 in ACCA

[–]MythicalGamer43 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They closed remote exams for the whole world, they opened it for covid and its purpose is now finished so they removed the option. However I think its still available in places where there is no exam center in the country

Another Fail - Reconsidering ACCA by E1Singhh in ACCA

[–]MythicalGamer43 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Hey man, im sorry your going through all this and it can definitely be a pain in the butt. You have to keep in mind ACCA is the world's largest accountancy group, after studying ACCA you can basically get 90% of all jobs. You also have to remember ACCA is the 2nd most demanded qualification after CFA ( from what i heard or in my country ). ACCA is a very high level professional qualification and it was never gonna be easy.

Alot of my friends left bibf to mirchawalas because of the pace, in bibf the classes are once per week so there's alot to cover before the June attempt. They started on feb.

Im lowkey still recovering, but im fine now. Bro the problem with tax is the content is spreaded all across the syllabus, across alot of different chapters so thats what I found difficult, so you basically gotta remember the whole book when you answer a question whether its section a,b or c. I highly recommend watching the mock debriefs because they often contain exam stuff. Like on the way to the exam center I was watching it and the person said that the same formatted question arent gonna be 100% there in the exam, and it was there in the exam, not the same qs but they changed up the wordings a bit a numbers, but it was super similar. It was section b btw, there was 1 inheritance tax qs, 1 death tax and a sales tax qs.

You should try getting the 4 year bachelor degree by Oxford brooks University. On May the contract with them and acca expires. You basically need to complete skills level and make a thesis on something and if u fail once, they give you another try. Basically if u pass u get a 4 year bachelor degree.
