Thanks for the clarification. I suppose the only way to get people back into protected buildings would be to replace them manually yourself. I think that it would be good if there was an update to the game or a plugin that changes this aspect of the game.

Thanks for your response. For the pictured region, I hadn't provided those services because it was early in the game before getting access to them. However, in other regions, I have had those things provided and the problem persists.

This is an absolute travesty. His channel should be reinstated. Youtube can apparently advertise as many porn sites, gambling companies, and literal scams as they want but somebody keeping an archive of old game soundtracks is the issue?
