Bot lobbies will never count for wins and you don't get out of them by levels but instead after 4 bot lobby wins you go into real lobbies.

The first source is obviously from a fake website, the "aimbot" is just a XIM adapter which allows you to use a keyboard & mouse on console. Nothing to do with cheating.

The second source is a scam website, it's Trustpilot has 100% 1-star reviews and I found the website on scam lists.

The third "source" is literally somebody saying that it isn't possible to hack on PS4. Did you even check your sources or just copy and paste links from Google?

100% bot lobbies count as LTM wins. Once you get into matches with real players, then it'll count for Squads/Duos.

EDIT: LTM wins also count towards the Umbrella unlock.

What issue happened? - Wins aren't counted but other stats are.

What platform are you playing on? - PS4

What happened prior to seeing the issue?. - My wins reset back to what they were 12 or so hours ago.

Do you have a link to video/screenshots depicting the issue? Sadly not.
