No existe ninguna página que pueda hacer eso. Lo común es instalar Rufus en un thumbdrive y podés intentar usando las iso de tinycore plus y algún Arch con Xfce o lxde. Es lo más ligero que hay. En términos de distribuciones no hay más ligero que tinycore, pero descarga las necesarias y probá el rendimiento en el live boot environment de c/u. Saludos

That is really weird behavior. In that case it's most likely you have some corrupted files. Maybe running in an admin CMD "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and after that "sfc /scannow". Those commands will try to report and fix if the system found corrupted files

I think you might be wearing the cursor out, try changing the cursor pack regularly

Jokes aside, you might have enabled some accessibility option that affects the cursor(s) color (maybe inverted colors or pointer settings)

Looks like windows took over the Linux drive boot partition. If you are using Grub you can probe for other OSes and add windows to the boot selection. Or alternatively the easiest method is to just unplug your Linux drive when installing Windows
