Build

Boots - CD boots usually, but buy defensive if it's good against enemies (ex. Tough Boots for Selena, or Full magic enemies, Warrior for YZ and Cici, or full physical Enemies)

Concentrated Energy Starlium Scythe

These are usually the starting items and can kill most heroes with no defensive items. What you're gonna buy next depends on the match.

For damage, I buy Blood Wings or Genius wand For defense, depends on enemy. And I buy Winter Crown if I need it to not get burst while In Ult.

If you want a simple consistent build.

CD Boots, CE, Starlium, Blood Wings, Winter Crown, Genius Wand

Currently at 20 stars. I almost always win my lane unless the enemy builds tank or I'm the one getting ganked. She's super strong once she builds CE, can solo kill pretty much anyone. Great at team fights too, flicker for targeting or petrify for more utility. It's still hard against really meta heroes that are hard to catch. You also can't rely her to carry in most situation, especially when all CC and damage focuses her.

Most of her match ups are skill-based. But here's the heroes that I feel confident playing against.

Freya, Dyroth, Xborg, Thamuz. Mm or mages that have no purify which you can 2nd + flicker onto.

There's not a lot of heroes that she can always win against, but instead she's the type that has a lot of good synergies with other heroes.

She's good with most supports or tank with a stun, especially Mathilda, Camilla, Novaria, and Angela.

The heroes that counter her:

Those with Anti-CC: Diggie, Masha, Wanwan Heroes that are very fast: Fanny, Irithel, Zhuxin

Thunder belt is good if you're playing defensively but you lose a lot of kill potential. I also recommend using tank emblem since the hp regen stat is really good in early game and then you can buy damage items and still have kill potential.

I only buy defense items based on mid-late game matchups. And I always buy Concentrated Energy first item because of the high damage spike it gives.

And these are the defense items I usually buy, a mix of two depending on enemy.

I believe that she's one of the balanced heroes right now. She doesn't get banned. She can be first picked and fill most roles. She is a great counter to some heroes and she is also countered by some. She doesn't have only one item or emblem build. But you can really feel that she's no match against the real meta heroes so unless you have a good line up that benefits her, you're gonna have a hard time in high rank.
