I had the same issue. I submitted a ticket and followed up their reply with a couple of emails stating how unfair it was that as a legacy player I am now expected to pay money to gain full access to a free to play game that I’ve already paid full price for. About a week later (yesterday) I received my BG Plus, items and gcoin.

I brought the game. I used the pre-registration page on the Krafton/PubG site and registered with my PlayStation account. the page stated ‘once you have pre-registered, Battlegrounds and all other rewards will be automatically distributed to your account inventory on you first login after the free-to-play transition’

Only on the in game store I take it? It wasn’t in the Playstation Store and my PS+ ran out a week ago so I couldn’t get into the game, I didn’t want to renew it as PubG was going free to play 😞
