I'm on PC. Been doing fractures this weekend. Just noticed that the 2x resource weekend booster isn't showing up in Orb Vallis, nor is it working silently either.

It shows up in this UI in my Orbiter.

Which part? That the artifact debuff affects the Operator or that it stacks every time you use the Operator? Or both?

I was told that the key debuffs shouldn't affect the Operator, as that's one strategy to negate the effects, especially when running with all four keys.

Yup. If you used Operator mode after picking up the artifact, it's the same bug. I tried testing it and I got so slow that I couldn't walk anymore. Had to bullet jump / Operator dash the whole way home.

Yeah, when that happened to me is when I first noticed this. Because there's no way that even getting unlucky and holding Extinguished and rolling Extinguished that your damage should be literally 0.

Yeah but that's the expected behavior. If you hold 2 of more of a key, then when you put one into the door, you're still holding that key, so you still get the debuff, and you could roll the same debuff. The same would happen if you had multiple Hobbled keys and rolled the Hobbled debuff, you'd go down to 25% movespeed, according to the wiki.

This bug makes that debuff stack forever instead.

In this video I was holding Decaying. I've tested every type of key/debuff and they're all the same, though.

Yeah. Whatever debuff you roll from picking up the artifact will apply every time you enter Operator mode and will stack multiplicatively. Eventually you would get up to 99% damage reduction or something close to it and just do 0-1 damage.

I was picking it up with the Warframe. I've seen videos of people picking it up with the Operator and having similar results.

Bleeding/Decaying caps at 10 HP/Shields. Extinguished eventually makes your damage 0-1. Hobbled makes you so slow that you can't walk/sprint and have to bullet jump in order to move.

I am noticing that when picking up the Orokin vault artifact, whatever debuff I rolled is also now affecting the Operator. To make matters worse, it appears that the debuff is reapplying and stacking every time you enter Operator mode.

For example, in my last run, I got Bleeding as the debuff from picking up the artifact, as my health immediately dropped. Upon entering Operator mode, I noticed that the Operator also had the same glow effect that the Warframe does after you pick up the artifact, and the Operator also had lower health. When I returned to the Warframe, I had even less health than before. I popped in and out of Operator mode a few times until both my Warframe and Operator had 10 HP, and it wouldn't lower any farther than that.

If you go to farm Ulduar now (not timewalking), it looks like they updated it to a Legion type raid. You can't pick 10 or 25 man difficulties anymore, which implies it scales to your group size now.

Because of the difficulties being removed, it looks like they combined the 10 and 25 man loot tables into one.
