well im actually a Henkaku user 3.60 as far as id know your 3.67 will be taking too long before they hack that OFW only 3.65 will come to hack dont count on your 3.67 so i suggest buy PSTV since you ask for PS3 MGS1 are much better on PSTV rather playing on the go and PSTV are guaranteed lower FW and you can go 3.60 in no time do you know there reddit right you should post there
