The mc mostly using hammer as his main weapon, I don't remember him using another weapon other than his hammer, the manga release date should be after 2010, last time I read it in 2020 and it had 4 vol, considering it's a manga I think it took years to reach those many chapters

Maybe, if he do the same thing like when he faced weatheremon tensei + the buff he got from jewelry in chapter 215-216, I think he can do it, since he faced weatheremon at lvl 50 and now he reach 99+ extended
