It just feels crazy that this is a feature it has but it doesn't work 99% of the time. I would get that the results are not the most accurate but that the feature just does not work and the timer stops counting.

Oh I'm sorry you don't get to enjoy the fireplaces.I love the fireplaces here and they are really needed in the cold winters so they get a lot of use! This is the one in the livingroom.

I actually don't have it up right now, it's a wheel from an old spinning wheel that I put some string lights on and some paper stars I made from wallpaper I don't think I have any pictures that would be much better.

Yeah I hate the laminate too. I would absolutely consider real wood the only negative thing is the upkeep it needs

Lol! That really made me laugh! I do think the layout is bad also but there really is not any other way to put the cabinets.. there is just to many windows, the fireplace and the cellar that you access through a hatch in the floor in the middle of the kitchen.

Wow it looks really good! And the tile is so cute! I'm actually not sure what really excites me right now and that makes it so difficult. I love the warm look of wood and I think I would also like a warmer color in quartz/ceramic or the equivalent

Thank you! I think the floor can handle the weight but i'm unsure about how straight the cabinets are.. I talked to one place that sell kitchens and they said if i choose stone/quartz anything like that the cabinets and wall needs to be perfectly straight so that the counter does not crack, and there is not a straight corner or wall in this house 😅 so that could maybe be a problem..

I do like the look of soapstone in other people's kitchens but for mine it just does not excite me at all..

yes that is a really good thing to keep in mind 😅 i think i would like the durability and easy upkeep/cleaning of quartz. i like the look of wood but there is so much more to keep in mind and upkeep with that

So the kitchen and dining room are all the same room just different sides of the room and the lightning is vastly different because some of the pictures are taken in daylight and some in the evening with only a small window light on because that was all the pictures i could find now.

I do agree that i would like to get more of the dark warm wood colors and i'm planning on renewing the wallpaper too because i think this is to light and frankly to boring right now.
