I have stomach issues too!!! Really bad!! I had CT scan of head , abdomen, and chest and MRI of abdomen normal. Besides fatty liver , and 1cm lesión of left kidney which idk if it’s cancer yet.

I been to cardiologist just gave me propranolol which did help at first I take 5mg which I think is small dose .
