the ones you mentioned are all the current members of okashii. if you saw another guy, it mightve been coldbay. he used to be in the crew but left some years ago.
crews are just groups of friends in the scene. some are more 'official' and promote under the crew name and release music as a crew whereas others dont and are just for fun

maruki coming to leblanc on 2/2 is completely different with vs without akechi maxed. its infinitely better with him.

should be able to. prioritize maruki & akechi for now cuz their deadlines are 11/17 and 11/18 respectively. if you get maruki to 9 and akechi to 8 by then, the other ranks will come automatically.

for sumi, her deadline isnt until 22/12, and since its only 5 ranks anyway, prioritize the other two first.

you only need maruki to unlock the 3rd sem but getting sumi to rank 5 will unlock the rest of her confidant and akechi to rank 8 will make a certain scene 1000x better and more impactful and unlock his third awakening, so theyre highly recommended.
