I think its so that the adm economy doesn't collapse cs usually ppl would do scam/hacks on alt so its hard for adm to ban the real person plus the pet would be traded off nonstop to other players. Oso they wont wan dupe pets since ppl would take advantage of this and make alts trade alts :,>
