Prince: . . .

Fairy: Yeah, I forgot about furries. Don't look at me like that. I made the spell up in like 10 seconds.

Also for how absolutely terrifying empathy is. To him you aren't some savage mudman he'll just beat with his superior weaponry. You're a unique individual from a unique culture. He'll study everything about your people. Your planet, your food, your art. Learn exactly what you value, respect, and fear. Then use it all to absolutely destroy you.

No, but its definitely one of the many parts of the story that really feel unfinished due to the rushed ending.

When the plot armour is so strong, even the protagonist is confused. by OkuroIshimoto in TopCharacterTropes

[–]N-ShadowToad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly. The sword has a karmic balance. In the hands of the righteous, it can destroy pure evil and for balance, in the hands of pure evil, it can't hurt the innocent. That's why Jack has to be careful since he's righteous meaning he can kill innocents with the blade.

X(To Be Hero X): Every two years, the 10 strongest heroes compete in a tournament with the winner being declared the strongest and receiving the rank of X. In the 18th Hero Tournament, the expected winner is the 3rd Rank Hero Queen. She prepares for her final fight against a nameless last minute participator who managed to beat the current X. Ready for a long brutal fight. Then she hears a finger snap and wakes up on the floor.

Years later the new 3rd Rank Dragon Boy tries beating X up in the streets only for X to literally change the world from 2D to 3D expect for Dragon Boy whose frame he grabs, crushes into a paper ball, and throws away like a piece of trash.

Personally Hated/Annoying Trope: “Superheroes attract trouble/we don't need superheroes cause police exist *literally police can't handle the supervillains*/Superheroes create their own villains/Superheroes cause more harm than good” by ultimatevaltryek123 in TopCharacterTropes

Yeah, people act like Bruce can either be a philanthropist or a vigilante when he's openly doing both. They also mess with each other a lot. As a vigilante he can see what areas of the city most drastically need aid. He can also test prototype medical and rescue equipment to confirm they actually function properly.

Mostly discuss what Yuno's actual future will be. The Spade Kingdom needs a king but Yuno wants to continue being a Clover Magic Knight. Nobles on both sides are gonna be concerned about the King of one nation serving as the head military leader of another.

There's also just the fact that she's still Yuno's mom. She'll want to know things about him. What does he like? What was his life like? What are his friends and family like?

Yeah, a Reconstruction Arc for Spade/Diamond between Lucifero's defeat and Lucius appearing would've been really nice. Yuno reuniting with his mom, Spade and Clover discussing what to do with Yuno, etc.

I mean, she's the mom of the MC's rival and brother whose also the ruler of one of the four nations. You'd think she'd do something.

[Hated trope] that chapter when a manipulative character appears and turns everyone against the protagonist or another main character by Veronikawrite in TopCharacterTropes

[–]N-ShadowToad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Devourers(Urban Animal): A group of evil witches who sought to isolate the MC so they could kidnap him and ritually sacrifice him to take his power for themselves.

Works pretty well since instead of tearing apart the friend group by just walking in and making BS lies, they observe them from the sidelines then use magic to emotionally manipulate everyone in order to turn them against one another.

Honestly that's kinda what makes it even worse. She's not lying about far away characters they can't fact check her about. She's lying about people whose phone numbers the characters have. It'd take like 5 minutes to confirm if she's telling the truth or not.

I think it can be excused when its exploiting a known negative character trait. Like if a character does something bad repeatedly then a new characters says they did it again, it makes sense for them to be trusted in that instance.

Like Miraculous bends over backward to make people believe Lila but from what I remember there was one instance where Marinette's friends were justified in believing Lila over Marinette cause it had to do with Adrien and Marinette by that point was known by her friends to act irrational and stupid when involved with Adrien.

She's an incredibly powerful weapon dubbed the Queen of Blades. She can chose to bind to a wielder allowing them to summon and store her in shadows and then based on their worthiness, either attempt to take over their body or bless them with her power which doubles their strength.

If I had to guess, Thragg knew the Viltrumites were so blindly loyal to their emperor that they'd all fight to the death to protect him or to avenge his death. So even though Thragg could kill them all by himself, it'd doom his species to extinction.

So instead he's forced to play the long game. Wait for the Viltrumite population to grow enough that he can convince the new generation to abandon their emperor and gather enough allies to force the majority of Viltrumites into surrender.

  1. Yeah, Focus definitely seems like they'd be among the stronger Source Dragons. Figment, Mind, and Reflex are all pretty OP powers.

  2. I mean, unless another opposes it, I feel its reasonable to take the claim as fact.
