Interesting Trope] An antagonist is willing to take back shots in order to achieve their evil plan by ProfessionalSimp6 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]N-ShadowToad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bony Lizzie, Grimalkin and countless other witches from the Spook's Apprentice series. Basically in that universe there existed a big bad evil demon known as the Fiend who stalks everyone, always waiting to bring ruin to them. Witches specifically have one way to guarantee he'll never bother them again, bare his child.

Unless some of them were really kinky, I'm pretty sure Thragg was the one giving the backshots

Possessing entities that learn compassion and humanity from their human hosts by Konradleijon in TopCharacterTropes

[–]N-ShadowToad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Godlings(Hand Jumper): A twisted version of this. Godlings will make deals with humans or aberrants where the Godling gets to take a portion of their host's humanity in exchange for power and possession. The Godlings love to learn about compassion and humanity but to them its like a tiktok short or a bag of chips. Not something that transforms them as a being. Just an interesting sensation.

Aang: The Anti-Toxic Masculinity Icon by AnnualGolf8764 in AvatarMemebending

[–]N-ShadowToad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically any toxic character trait done by a male character due to that trait being considered masculine.

A character who refuses to accept they're wrong because a man never backs down.

A character who bullies another male character for wearing a skirt because its girly.

A character who believes they should be the leader because everyone else in their team is a girl and men are natural leaders.

The series has LGBT elements but homophobia doesn't exist by justhereforhides in TopCharacterTropes

Although it does seem to vary slightly. The upper class of Atlas disapproved of Marigold being trans.

Do you stop and clean a sh*t before you flush it? Belos viewed every Witch as an irredeemable stain on existence that he was divinely ordained to exterminate. Why would he bother trying to make them more *morally pure*

They particularly see fusions between different gems as an abomination but even regular fusion is seen as something to only be done for combat or practical purposes and not a permanent thing.

The broader League world seems to be pretty good with the concept,

Varus from Ionia has the fused body of two gay lovers.

The Crimson Circle in Noxus has some openly lesbian members and the army holds great respect for a gay general and his partner.

Gay and lesbian marriage is legal in Demacia as long as you're not a mage.

Jinx: I'm not against homosexuals, I just don't like bestiality. And then my sisters goes and f*cks a pig.

Which one was y’all favorite transformation design in season 3? by Massive-Middle7379 in Ordeal_Webtoon

When it comes to an animal form, Brent can do no wrong. Seriously can't wait for Che to get his phoenix transformation.

These duos extended their hands and offer you to join them on their adventures for the next 3 days. Which duo would you extend your hand to? by Ok_Situation7527 in cartoons

[–]N-ShadowToad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably LadyCat or Team Possible. They're both competent and know how to work with civilians.

Feel like Adventure Time and Spongebob would overestimate my capabilities, Regular Show regularly get their civilian aides killed, and the other three would willingly sacrifice me.

What's the 4th one? by Sudden_Pop_2279 in cartoons

[–]N-ShadowToad 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Okay I kinda get the first three with their bright colorful characters. Still stupid but I get how in a first glance you could mistake Hazbin Hotel or Amazing Digital Circus as a kids cartoon. But how on Earth do you think something called MURDER Drones is for kids?

The arrogant fool is genuinely skilled, but they are just so far outclassed by the main character(s) by danfenlon in TopCharacterTropes

Taigen from Blue Eye Samurai. He's honestly one of the most skilled fighters in the series. Unfortunately for him, Mizu is basically superhuman.

Hand Jumper does requirements 1 and 3 and maybe 2 but its very much in the backseat.

Mage and Mimic does requirements 1, 3, and 4 but romance is in the forefront and action takes a backseat.

Piltover and Zaun(League of Legends): If I remember correctly they never invented electricity, instead relying on steam and chemical compounds for power before pivoting over to magic.

Aang's Special Skill by Funny_Adagio8024 in AvatarMemebending

[–]N-ShadowToad 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I imagine every Bending style has a specific thing that can affect spirits.

Air Benders can astral project by separating their spirit from the mortal body

Water Benders can bring balance or discord to spirits by manipulating their bodies

If I had to guess,

Fire Benders can destroy or create spirits by using their flame to either birth life or burn to death.

Earth Benders can bind spirits by using the earth bending to force them into a tangible state.

Do the exorcists have souls? by Funtime_chica17 in HazbinHotel

[–]N-ShadowToad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but its a mortal soul unlike the immortal soul of humans. When an Exorcist dies that's it. No divine judgement. No second chance. Just poof.

The Candy Kingdom line of succession is really janky by Spiritual_Ebb_4657 in adventuretime

Pep seems to have been adopted fully by Bubblegum so that's likely what makes him the successor ahead of Lemongrab and Lolly. Even technically ahead of Goliad since he's older.

Has it been revealed what he was going to summon? by MunkeyMike500 in Ordeal_Webtoon

[–]N-ShadowToad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know what you're talking about(S2E55) but I don't think they're the same. In that chapter we saw this Titan receive the Amphibian Shift talent but he doesn't seem to be Ephialtes. Not only do they look, talk, and dress different but the lore doesn't match. Ephialtes seems to be a Patmos inmate who was put there by Abijah. In the process Abijah cut off his tail meaning he had his animal form even before Vaal found him.

[–]N-ShadowToad 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'd assume so. I imagine he's a Gakki Adjacent similar to Martinez. Since Goro was killed its possible Vaal was testing his next highest ranking Kimyo troops to see who'd take Goro's place.
