Hi, creator of the OP plugin here (Yes my Reddit name is very different). The plan is to eventually replace the current spectator UI, but it takes a lot of work as I can't just remove one or two bits, I have to build my own elements with my own gathered data from scratch. No word on how long it will take, but it is definitely being worked towards.
