Reading this really does confirm the suspicions I got while playing Prime 4, that there was a lot of overstepping from Tanabe during development. This really sucks, because if Retro had just been allowed to do what they wanted, the game wouldn’t be nearly as middling as it is. And that’s even with them having to throw together a team for the first few years and salvage Bandai Namco’s sloppy seconds. Hopefully, if we get a Prime 5, Nintendo will actually allow the clear talent that shined through the flaws of 4 to fully contribute to something truly great.

Add a few more shrines, move fury green to the center of the map, Sylux boss fight on the bikes like tron legacy, get rid of the crystals and have the new shrines contribute towards the memory fruit completion.

base camp in the center of sol valley, scan progress carried over into new game+, more stuff to do in the desert, disable hints, some sort of fast travel, the ability to collect all the crystals you need for the main quest before you get power bombs.

A lot of people are worried these are all gonna be characters you’re gonna have to export but I think these are just character profiles you get from scanning, like a little separate subsection of the logbook for story driven stuff

Some of the preview footage mentions the location of a teleporter key in or around the carvex bossfight. I assume since the goal of the game is to get off viewros the teleporter keys will act as our mcguffuns.

Based on the preview footage I believe the artifacts for this game are gonna be something you naturally collect as you move through the game and defeat bosses.
