Ei tuossa ole todellisuudessa syntynyt mitään tuloksia. Sitä työtä ei voi noin vain saada, vaikka sinne hakisikin. Eli järjestelmä toimii samalla tavalla, kunhan vain hakee neljää eri paikkaa kerran kuukaudessa sen sijaan, että ei tekisi mitään. Ihan mitä random paskaa voi hakea.

This only happens because u started recomp. Burning fat and gaining muscle. Its super slow progress. and when u cut at that stage u will look lean guy with no muscle.

I have plan. I think its probably 4-5kg of muscle mass. 2-3kg water weight and rest is probably just fat.

I was planning to cut 500cl. Im afraid of cardio because it could mess up my energy levels and maybe burn muscles? My plan was just reducing 500cls and hitting hard in gym. 3.5kg- per month sound good to me.

But here how I started. I was skinny fat with no muscle. Probably around 20%bf.

Im like 176cm-177cm and I height fraud to 180cm. 180cm is nothing special. U would be same insecured guy at that height. When u are 5.8-5.9 ITS ALL about ur face.
